Resurrection Manifestations - Carlton Cinema
The Leisure Consultancy has prepared a Business Plan for the redevelopment of the Carlton Cinema, one of the key historical buildings in the London Borough of Islington. The rationale for the development is to provide facilities for the church activities of the Resurrection Manifestations, but also to provide facilities which take advantage of other market opportunities for which demand has been identified, which would contribute to the long term sustainability of the building. The team worked diligently to meet a revised timescale set by the client which was driven by the deadline agreed to submit the planning application.
