Market Appraisal for Wyre Council and Arcadis LLP
The Leisure Consultancy has been working with the Arcadis LLP team in undertaking a market appraisal of a number of leisure and tourism assets on Fleetwood Waterfront.
The purpose of the study has been to review the role of facilities in terms of both community use and contribution to the visitor economy and, based on an assessment of market trends in a number of keys sectors, to determine future uses which meet demand and contribte to the financial performance.
