Evaluation of potential for revenue generation - Solihull MBC
The Leisure Consultancy was commissioned by Solihull MBC to undertake a review of five parks (including a linked park) in order to evaluate the potential to develop the revenue generating opportunities within the parks. In undertaking this work we were cognisant of the characteristics which defined each of the parks as well as their locations, the existing facilities and activities that currently take place.
