Cultural Framework
The Leisure Consultancy has recently been appointed by Reigate and Banstead Borough Council to prepare a Cultural Framework for the Borough.
The Framework document which follows on from the recently prepared Leisure Strategy will have a particular focus on the arts. As part of this commission the team will be reviewing the Harlequin Theatre within the wider context of the Area Action Plan for Redhill, which is currently being prepared.
