Outline Business Cases for Templemore Sports Complex and Strabane Leisure Centre
We returned to Northern Ireland this year working with Deloitte on behalf of Derry & Strabane District Council. Our work focussed on the preparation of two Outline Business Cases, one for Templemore Sports Complex and the second for Strabane Leisure Centre. Although very different projects, the inclusion of relatively new leisure activities to Northern Ireland such as Clip 'n Climb and wellness facilities brought innovation to the proposals for new facilities that would attract new audiences
