Potential Development of a New Country & Leisure Park
The Leisure Consultancy has been working as part of the Arcadis LLP team in undertaking a leisure, recreation and tourism assessment of the potential development opportunities for a new Country and Recreation Park on behalf of Wakefield Council. Based on this the team have conducted a visioning exercise an a market appraisal to determine the competitive supply in the area as well as reviewing market trends in a number of relevant sectors.
From this, the team will be engaged in a visioning exercise and assessment of issues and opportunities prior to assessing potential development options for the Park.
