Lambs Club
A successful conclusion to the ‘expert witness’ advice and PPG 17 Independent Assessment provided by The Leisure Consultancy in relation to Lambs Squash Club has been reached with the Inspector’s decision to permit a residential/commercial re-development of the site. An intensive programme of market research and analysis of demand and supply underpinned the case for development and was material to the Inspector’s decision.
