Tourism Needs Assessment Report
Background:
Following the successful completion of a Market & Financial Study, the practice was commissioned to carry out a further study i.e. a Tourism Needs Assessment Report to provide the background and detail underpinning the proposal to provide a water-based destination resort on the shores of Lough Erne Northern Ireland, centred on an 83 room 4/5* hotel - this was in support of a planning submission.
The Report, drew on the initial study which embraced extensive research and consultation carried out by the consulting team in relation to tourism needs and economic benefits. We also included information on potential demand generators for the development which would cater for International, National and local markets.
