Background:
Following the earlier preparation of a Market & Financial Feasibility study which examined the plans to re-locate the National Horseracing Museum in Newmarket, the Trustees & management re-commissioned the consulting team to determine what changes had occurred within the market place since the initial report. had been prepared and the financial implications of these changes.
The major thrust of our re-engagement was to gauge the impact, positively or negatively on the plans to re-locate the National Horseracing Museum reviewing: visitor numbers; events; charging policies; and operational costs with the final recommendations focussing on whether to move and re-develop the Museum.
