Preparation of a Business Plan
Background:
Following the identification of a strategic need for a Community Stadium to cater for the growing needs of a number of professional, semi professional and amateur clubs in the City (source: Cambridge Sub Regional Sports Facilities Strategy), we were commissioned jointly by Grosvenor & Wrenbridge to prepare a Business Plan, based on identified demand, which set out:
- the nature and scale of development;
- key tenants and user groups;
- governance; financial and economic implications.
Apart from providing a range of sporting facilities (in addition to the stadium), the final mix was noteworthy because of the involvement of Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridgeshire FA and CORE Cambridge who would also share facilities on the site.
