Background:
The company was commissioned by the Clydesdale Bank to prepare a market and feasibility study to underpin the need and demand for completion of an arena, adjacent to the MK Dons stadium in Milton Keynes. Key to the work was the extensive consultation with operators & promoters to ensure that a comprehensive programme of events could be delivered and that the project could be financially viable.
Delivery of the arena provided the final component of a comprehensive leisure offer encompassing: the stadium; the arena; and a full service hotel - Doubletree by HIlton which would cater for the growing needs of both business and leisure tourism in Milton Keynes, regionally and nationally.
