Preparation of Business & Marketing Plans in support of an HLF Stage II bid
Background:
The company prepared Business and Marketing Plans for the relocation of Cumbria's Military Museum to the Alma block, within Carlisle Castle.
The work embraced a review of the overall concept based on a detailed understanding of the markets and current visitor profile, a review of governance, future management and operation, and preparation of financial forecasts for the new Museum as well as consideration of future marketing and promotional activity.
Reflecting the detailed work encompassed by the Business Plan and Marketing Plan and wider team input, the Museum has recently been successful in securing its HLF Stage II funding.
