Background:
The Lee Valley Park Authority (LVRPA) prepared a report /Business Plan for their Executive Committee commenting on a number of development proposals for Lee Valley Park Farms. The Business Plan identified the key financial assumptions underpinning the proposals for the Farms, noting the investment and forecasting the potential revenue implications.
The company was asked to review the Business Plan commenting on the reasonableness and achievability of the assumptions (including average spends on admissions, catering & retail) noting the wider context such as:
- the catchment;
- demographic and socio-economic profile;
- and the competitive market.
