Background:
Working in association with Cass Associates (Architects), The Leisure Consultancy prepared a feasibility study for Sutton Bank National Park Centre on behalf of the North York Moors National Park Authority. Sutton Bank is considered to be the gateway to the National Park.
The intention was to develop the visitor offer at Sutton Bank encouraging more people to visit and increase dwell time.
The options identified as part of the feasibility study built on the excellence of the outdoor facilities and activities including cycling, walking, birwatching and play whilst developing tyhe indoor offer which embraced heritage interpretation, information, hospitality and retial
