Rugby Borough Council
The Leisure Consultancy in association with Drivers Jonas (Birmingham) has been appointed to conduct a Retail and Leisure Capacity Study on behalf of Rugby Borough Council. The study will examine Rugby’s current and future role in terms of leisure and will be considered within the context of Planning Policy Statement 6 – Planning for Town Centres and inform the emerging local Development Framework.
