Castle Hotel - Hornby
Justifying re-development proposals as part of a planning application is a particular area of The Leisure Consultancy’s expertise which has recently been used by a developer to support development plans for a hotel in Lancaster. The Leisure Consultancy’s role was to focus on the supply/demand for serviced accommodation within a strategic context, with the future sustainability of the proposed mixed use scheme of key importance both to the developer and the local planning authority.
