Stockton Borough Council
The Leisure Consultancy, supported by the Matrix Partnership have been appointed by Stockton Borough Council to prepare a Stockton Town Centre Leisure/Evening Economy Feasibility study. In commissioning the study, the Borough Council has asked The Leisure Consultancy team to give direction to establishing a vibrant and diverse leisure/evening economy in the town centre in a safe and attractive environment which appeals to people of all age groups. This challenging assignment follows on from previous work undertaken on behalf of the Council and other agencies in the North East including: the Stockton-Middlesbrough Initiative; British Waterways; and the Coastal Arc (including representatives of Hartlepool, Redcar and Cleveland Council and Tees Valley Regeneration).
