Bridgewater Canal Corridor, Salford
The Leisure Consultancy has been appointed as part of an Atkins led team to assess the economic impact of proposals to redevelop 4.9 miles of the Bridgewater Canal from Barton to Boothstown to examine and develop the opportunities to create a visitor destination based on a number of leisure and heritage assets of the area. The team’s role was to focus on the leisure and tourism context that underpins the economic impact assessment for the proposed developments in the Canal Corridor.
