Clydesdale Bank
The Leisure Consultancy was instructed by Clydesdale Bank to prepare a Business Plan for the arena component of stadium:MK in Milton Keynes. The 4,000 capacity arena development will complement the existing stadium and new integrated hotel development on site. Extensive research was conducted into the arena market in terms of supply, planning and technical considerations in addition to research into: events; entertainment; conference/exhibitions and hospitality markets including detailed discussions with promoters and event organisers. The arena development will provide the final piece in the jigsaw of a magnificent stadium development which was one of the key reasons for Milton Keynes successful bid to be selected as a potential host city for England’s 2018 World Cup bid.
