Business Plan revision and commencement of Marketing Plan for Summit Up Indoor Climbing Centre.
The Leisure Consultancy prepared a detailed Businss Plan for an indoor climbing centre comprising : Clip 'n Climb; speed wall; bouldering area;augmented walls;party rooms; soft play; and a cafe. This was followed up with the preparation of a Marketing Plan and support in recruiting a General Manager for the Centre. The Centre is now open and is performing well, reflecting the financial appraisal initially prepared.
