Recruitment of General Manager
General Manager for the new climbing centre
In August we commenced the recruitement process for the General Manager of the new indoor climbing centre. Reflecting the unique mix of climbing, bouldering, Clip 'n Climb and soft play, the General Manager post attracted a range of applicants with varying expertise and experience. TLC 'sifted' the applicants, established selection criteria and set up interviews.
The position has now been filled and will be followed up later in the year with second and third tier posts.
