May 2019 saw the appointment of TLC on two projects in Rugby, one relating to The Benn Hall and the second relating to Rugby Art Gallery and Museum, Library and Visitor Information Centre. Both pieces of work comprised Strategic Reviews, seeking to improve the offers, financial performance and contributing to the growing visitor economy in Rugby,
The preparation of Business Plans for both properties is to be discussed.
