Market research and design advice for the Runnymede Pleasure Grounds
Leading a team comprising muf Architects, AD Catering and Minerva Heritage, The Leiaure Consultancy (TLC) provided market reserach and design advice on the opportunity to develop Runnymede Pleasure Grounds, on behalf of Runnymede Council.
Already a popular destination, a previously prepared Masterplan for the Grounds was critically reviewed by the TLC team to establish potential demand and indicative revenue for the facilities and activities proposed whilst adding value by identifying other complimentary facilities for which demand could be established.
Visitor information facilities interpreting the heritage and environmental assets of the Grounds linked with a new cafe/bistro formed part of the recommendations together with water and adventure play, outdoor events and holiday lodges.
