Undertake an evaluation of a number of HLF projects
The Leisure Consultancy, as part of the Mott MacDonald team, was commissioned by the HLF to undertake an evaluationof a number of HLF projects that formed part of their Heritage Grants Programme.
The nature of the projects reviewed included the conservation of historic buildings, museum redevelopments, natural heritage and landscape schemes with community projects.
In particular, the evaluation focused on understanding the social and economic impacts of the funded projects reflecting their sustainability and heritage.
