TLC retained by Catholic Cathedral in Norwich
Preparation of a Strategic Business Review together with operational, financial and marketing advice
The Leisure Consultancy is pleased to report that they have been retained by the Trustees of the Roman Catholic Cathedral of St John The Baptist Norwich. The main aim of the project was to produce a Strategic Business Review of the Narthex development completed in 2010. Further work has been subsequently been commissioned ebcompassing operational advice and the preparation of a Business Plan and Marketing Plan to ensure the future sustainability of The Narthex.
