Allerdale's Growth Plan and Workington's Investment Plan
Appointed by Mott MacDonald to support their work in preparation of Allerdale's Growth Plan and Workington's Investment Plan. The Leisure Consultancy's role was to provide market research, advice and analysis of key assets in a number of visitor hubs within Allerdale with a focus on growing the visitor economy in the area. Addressing the impact of Covid-19, reflecting emerging market trends and drawing on good practice elsewhere formed part of the study.
