Market demand Review for Salford Crescent Area
We have been commissioned (as part of the DTZ team) to undertake the leisure and tourism aspects of a Market Demand Review for the Salford Crescent area. The aim of this work is to provide market intelligence to inform the Development Framework for the Crescent area with recommendations grounded in reality. The Leisure Consultancy’s role is to consider existing tourism/leisure uses within the area, to identify gaps in provision and make recommendations based on this analysis. Central Salford URC and the University are major players in determining future development but acknowledge the importance of developing the cultural assets serving both the University and local community.
