TLC supported by DTE Business Advisers was commissioned by Grosvenor Developments Limited to prepare a busness plan for the development of a Sporting Village on the outskirts of Cambridge. The development proposals encompassed a range of facilities including:
Outdoor football pitches (3G)
Indoor training barn
Cycling/BMX
Health & Fitness
Bridge
Cafe/Bar
Hockey
Cambridge United FC and Cambridgeshire Football Association are key partnesr in the development proposals as well as many bridge clubs in the area. The creation of a sporting destination is seen as an important part of the sporting infrastructure in Cambridge encouraging participation at all levels
