Grosvenor Developments appointed TLC supported by DTE Business Advisers to provide a comprehensive Business Plan for a Sporting Village on the outskirts of Cambridge
TLC supported by DTE Business Advisers were commissioned by Grosvenor Developments Limited to prepare a Business Plan for the development of a Sporting Village on the outskirts of Cambridge. The development proposals encompassed a range of facilities including:
- Outdoor Artificial Football Pitches (3G)
- Indoor Training Barn
- Cycling/BMX
- Health & Fitness
- Bridge Club
- Cafe/Bar
- Hockey
Cambridge United FC and Cambridgeshire Football Association are key partners in the development proposals as well as many of the bridge clubs in the area. The creation of a sporting destination is seen as an important part of the sporting infrastructure in Cambridge encouraging participation at all levels.
